Depending on the amount of time booked the amount can increase to a maximum of 8. Please review information when booking to properly plan your trip and group size. *If you have more than 8 guests please contact us for further accommodation.
Our offerings are all inclusive. Each booking includes a boat from our brand new 2024 MasterCraft fleet, all gear and life jackets needed for watersports, fuel, a captain/instructor, watersports instruction.
We leave out of Inland Sea Marina at 114 Bowfin Cir. Mooresville, NC 28117. However, we can also accommodate to pick you up at your home or vacation residence upon request.
Click the book now button, choose your session, pick the day and time of departure and you’re all set. Our calendar is live, so anything that is showing available is open for booking!
We take a 50% deposit for reservations. The remainder due isn’t charged until after the session is completed.
We offer sessions from one hour up to the entire day. If you would like to book for more than six hours, please call us at (704) 775-3775 so we may accommodate.
Absolutely! Gratuity for the crew is extremely appreciated and they retain 100% of your tip. Our USCG Captains and crew/instructors have put in thousands of hours to make sure your best lake day happens every time.
Gratuities are at your discretion but typical ranges are 15%-30%+
All of our boat rentals on Lake Norman are captained by one of our US Coast Guard Captain staff members. At this time, we do not offer bare boat rentals.
Towels, non-spray sunscreen, sun screen, hat or anything you feel will make your day on the water more comfortable!
Yes, but please don’t not bring anything that if spilled of dropped can stain. i.e. – red wine, Cheetos, fried chicken, birthday cake (you won’t believe what we’ve seen!)
Yes, our boats come with built-in coolers. Guests are welcome to bring their own ice and drinks or their own cooler. Regarding alcohol, anything that can be purchased from a grocery store or a gas station in North Carolina is allowed on the boats. Liquor is illegal on the lake, and not allowed on the boats.
Please do not bring drinks that could stain the interior of the boat if spilled (I.E. red wine, etc.)
It should be noted that per our insurance policy, guests at not allowed to participate in water sports activities behind the boat after consuming alcohol.
While we know pets are like family (so are ours), but we do not allow animals on the boat for safety reasons and to preserve the quality of the boat.
We operate rain or shine. We are aware your biggest concerns are likely the weather. Rest assured, if your trip is unable to go out due to storms or dangerous conditions you are entitled to receive a gift card for the booking amount or a 100% refund. If only a portion of the session is able to be completed, a credit for the remaining time will be issued, or a refund equivalent of the amount of time missed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the booking. Bookings cancelled within 7 days will be subject to 10% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking are subject to 50% of the session amount.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking are subject to 75% of the booking amount.
Cancellations and no shows within 24 hours of the booking are subject to 100% of the booking amount.
We will always try to fill your spot with another trip. If we are able to do so we will issue 100% refund.
We operate rain or shine. If you haven’t heard from us regarding status of camp please expect that camp will run as regularly scheduled. We will reach out in advance if changes are expected.
If a camp session is interrupted due to storms or dangerous conditions, we will call you as soon as we are on the way in to arrange pick up for your camper.
We will make every effort to get the full camp in, typically if weather interrupts a session we will add the time on to another session. We will confirm this works with all parents before making a change.
Camp Cancellation Policy:
Full amount due at time of booking. A deposit of $250 is non-refundable.
Booking cancellations made within 14 days of camp session beginning are 100% non-refundable unless we can fill the spot.
If for some reason you need to adjust a reservation, we may be able to move to another week pending availability.
*If you do need to cancel or adjust a booking, we will always try to work with you, if we can fill the spot (we normally can), we will refund the full amount of booking minus booking fees.
